HOW IT WORKS:

--Create an account or login

--Register your player for free tryouts, which will be Sunday, February 12, 2023, from 10:00am-12:00PM at Scappoose High School Fieldhouse

--Players, please bring your baseball equipment, including a athletic cup if a catcher.

--Please wear gym shoes.

--Players will be evaluated by a group of impartial judges.

--JBO board members will be available at the beginning of tryouts to answer parent/player questions.

--Tryouts are closed.

--Due to the number of players per team and number of teams, cuts will be possible.

--If a player has been cut, parents will be notified within a week of tryouts.

--Players remaining will practice a few times, as one team, so coaches may determine final team rosters.

--If your player is selected for a JBO team, you will receive an email with additional registration requirements and have access to team site. There is a registration fee of 200.00 for the season as well as a required jersey purchase of approximately 50.00. If you purchased a uniform last year, no need to purchase another. We will be using the same uniforms this season.

--**NEW IN 2023** Players may be allowed to participate in both JBO and another baseball organization during the same season. Families will need to discuss with JBO President and decisions will be made case-by-case.

--Registration fee will be paid, in person (check or card only, no cash please) at the first day of practice. Checks are preferred to avoid card use fees.
